The service
PaxWhere provides secure passenger links and an authenticated Operations dashboard. It displays information reported by passengers and does not verify flight status, identity, exact location or readiness independently.
Company responsibilities
- Provide accurate booking, meeting-point and contact information.
- Send each secure link only to the intended passenger and protect Operations credentials.
- Use passenger data lawfully, give required notices and respond to passenger-rights requests.
- Maintain an operational fallback; PaxWhere must not be the only safety-critical communication method.
Acceptable use
Do not probe tokens, access another company’s data, upload unlawful information, interfere with the service, misrepresent passenger status or use PaxWhere for surveillance. Access may be limited or suspended to protect users and the service.
Availability and accuracy
The service is provided on a reasonable-efforts basis. Passenger updates may be late, incomplete or incorrect, and network or third-party outages may delay delivery. The transfer company remains responsible for operational decisions and passenger safety.
Free trial and continued access
New company accounts currently receive one month of free access. No payment card is required and no fee is charged automatically. Before the trial ends, PaxWhere will contact the company to discuss continued access and pricing. Any paid continuation requires the company's separate agreement.
Accounts and termination
Users must provide a valid email, keep credentials secure and promptly report unauthorized access. A company may stop using PaxWhere and request account closure at info@paxwhere.com. PaxWhere may terminate access for material breach, misuse or security risk.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, PaxWhere is not liable for indirect loss, missed transfers, passenger-provided inaccuracies or failures caused by networks, airports, transfer companies or other third parties. Rights that cannot legally be excluded remain unaffected.
