PaxWhere is deliberately small: create a booking, send one secure link and follow the passenger’s declared progress through the airport.
Send the secure link
Copy the passenger link or the prepared passenger message and send it through the communication method your company already uses.
Follow the latest signal
Operations sees the passenger’s latest declared arrival stage and when it was reported. Passenger events remain timestamped in the booking timeline.
Editing a booking
Flight number, scheduled landing and meeting point can be corrected from the booking timeline. The passenger link remains unchanged and immediately shows the updated details.
Removing a booking
Removing a booking hides it from Operations and disables its passenger link. The booking and timestamped event history remain stored for operational traceability.
Flight landed and completion
Flight landed remains a manual Operations action and starts the inactivity timer. Mark completed removes the transfer from the active view without changing its event history.

Configure the real emergency and WhatsApp numbers in Settings before a passenger pilot. PaxWhere records that a contact button was opened; it does not claim a call completed or a message was sent.
